My name is Cristina Arroyas, The Founder and CEO of Christ Glorified fitness. I have a deep passion for Jesus and Fitness. I Created CGF in hopes to bring more Christian Women like you to honor the Lord with movement of your body and eating more nutritious God-Made food.
